The Ministry of Commerce recently announced the results of the 2024 National Economic and Technological Development Zone Evaluation. Among 229 zones, Suzhou Industrial Park (SIP) claimed the top spot for the ninth consecutive year.

• 4th in Actual Utilized Foreign Investment

One such success story is Sunningdale Tech Ltd, a Singapore-based precision plastic components manufacturer with a global footprint across the healthcare, automotive, consumer, and IT industries. Its high-precision solutions are integral to medical devices used in robotic surgery, genome sequencing, and COVID-19 test kits.

In 2015, our team played a pivotal role in facilitating Sunningdale Tech’s strategic relocation and consolidation to China-Singapore Su-Chu High-Tech Industrial Park (Chuzhou, Anhui)—CSSD’s first project outside Jiangsu Province. As an early mover in the park, Sunningdale Tech’s 55,000 sqm facility is now its largest manufacturing site in China and has significantly contributed to the park’s development. Today, the industrial park is a top destination for foreign investment in Anhui, fostering a thriving business ecosystem with continued expansion plans.
