The China-Singapore Suzhou Industrial Park Development Group Co., Ltd. (CSSD), founded in 1994 through a strategic partnership between the governments of China and Singapore, has been a key driver in the development of the Suzhou Industrial Park amongst other township developments. In 2019, the company was successfully listed on the Shanghai Stock Exchange (SHA: 601512).
CSSD’s mission is to “Build China’s dreams and create innovative parks”. The company is committed to creating long-term value by integrating political, social and economic benefits with a strong focus on Environmental, Social and Governance principles. Adopting a dual-core strategy, CSSD focuses on park development and operations while driving industrial investment and green development. The governments of China and Singapore signed bilateral agreements to establish theSuzhou Industrial Park, forming the foundation for the creation of China-Singapore Suzhou Industrial Park Development Co., Ltd. The joint venture company was officially established in August of the same year.Read More -

CSSD’s initial public offering application was approved by the China Securities Regulatory Commission (CSRC),and the company was successfully listed on the Shanghai Stock Exchange (Stock Code: 601512). In the same year, the SuYin Industrial Park was opened in Yinchuan, Ningxia Autonomous Region.Read More
About the Singapore Office
The Singapore Branch Office was set up in 1994, as part of the larger CSSD in its continued efforts to facilitate FDI into Suzhou Industrial Park then. Today, the team operates out of the IBCC and is responsible for strengthening the organisation’s ecosystem within Singapore and around the region, including enabling dual-way investments, facilitating the liaison of government officials and extending international expansions and strategic partnerships.
