A World-class Industrial Park Developer

The China-Singapore Suzhou Industrial Park Development Group Co., Ltd. (CSSD), founded in 1994 through a strategic partnership between the governments of China and Singapore, has been a key driver in the development of the Suzhou Industrial Park amongst other township developments. In 2019, the company was successfully listed on the Shanghai Stock Exchange (SHA: 601512).

CSSD’s mission is to “Build China’s dreams and create innovative parks”. The company is committed to creating long-term value by integrating political, social and economic benefits with a strong focus on Environmental, Social and Governance principles. Adopting a dual-core strategy, CSSD focuses on park development and operations while driving industrial investment and green development. This integrated approach supports technological innovation, industrial upgrading and sustainable growth, in alignment with national priorities for economic transformation.

Suzhou Industrial Park is just the beginning. This collaboration is not only with Suzhou; in the future, it should be actively replicated and expanded to more regions and broader areas across China.

Today, the team operates out of the IBCC and is responsible for strengthening the organisation’s ecosystem within Singapore and around the region, including enabling dual-way investments, facilitating the liaison of government officials and extending international expansions and strategic partnerships.
