As part of the ongoing partnership between the Singapore Economic Development Board (EDB) and IBCC, we recently facilitated a focused engagement session between EDB and representatives from four leading Chinese companies in the semiconductor and robotics industry.
This intimate gathering brought together C-suite executives from APIE-Attach Point Intelligent Equipment, Dogain Optoelectronic Technology (HongKong) Limited, Rightsilicon Technology Pte. Ltd., and Yarbo—prominent players from China with strong capabilities across the semiconductor and robotics value chain.
The session opened with a presentation by EDB on Singapore’s business landscape and its unique advantages for companies looking to internationalize. Following this, the companies engaged in closed-door, one-on-one discussions with EDB officers. These dialogues offered a valuable platform for business leaders to exchange insights on their experiences, challenges, and growth plans in Singapore and the wider ASEAN region. The conversations also explored potential ways EDB could support their long-term development within Singapore’s vibrant ecosystem.
